Definition:

Stairs is a structure consisting of a series of steps arranged in an incline. Typically used for ascending or descending between different levels in a building or outdoor area.

Etymology:

The term “stair” originates from Middle English “steyer,” which evolved from Old English “stæger” or “stæger,” ultimately derived from the Proto-Germanic “staigiz,” meaning “to climb.” Historically, “stair” has referred to a series of steps or stairs used for ascending or descending.

Description:

Stairs can be made of various materials, including wood, concrete, stone, metal, or other construction materials. Stairs can have different shapes and styles depending on their function, design, and aesthetic preferences. They may also be equipped with handrails for safety.

Symbolism:

Stairs can symbolize hierarchy by representing different steps or levels of authority or significance. The upper steps typically represent the highest levels of authority, while the lower steps represent lower levels.

The song “Led Zeppelin – Stairway to Heaven” is about the irony of a woman buying herself a stairway to heaven, based on what Jesus said in the Bible, in Luke 18:25: “it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God,” which is supposed to mean that wealth cannot get you into heaven. And based on what Jesus said in the Bible, in Matthew 6:24: “No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money.” Ironically, the Federal Reserve has written “In God we Trust” on most of today’s American bills and coins.

Early in the song, he sings: “There’s a sign on the wall, but she wants to be sure. ‘Cause you know sometimes words have two meanings.” Later in the song, he sings “Dear lady, can you hear the wind blow? And did you know your stairway lies on the whispering wind?” Where the word “lies” is a word with a double meaning, hinting that the staircase is a lie, along with the word “wind,” which refers to a lie that has been “pulled out of thin air,” or “whispering wind,” which means a spoken lie.

In the video game “Super Mario 64,” Mario must rescue Princess Peach, who has been kidnapped and is being held captive in Peach’s Castle by the antagonist Bowser. Peach’s Castle bears the symbolism of the Illuminati pyramid and serves as a hub for accessing various levels, areas, and worlds in the game.

Princess Peach's Castle from the game Super Mario 64. The castle has red-tiled roofs, a tall central tower, and a large entrance bridge. The stained glass window above the entrance features a portrait of Princess Peach. The background includes a bright blue sky with fluffy clouds and green, grassy hills.

The castle consists of five staircases, each leading to different levels within the castle. The last and uppermost staircase is called the “Endless Stairs,” and it is supposed to lead Mario to the final stage with the final boss, “Bowser in the Sky.” However, if Mario has not collected enough Power Stars (which are a symbol of Jesus and fantasy), the staircase behaves like an infinite staircase where Mario can run up the stairs for as long as he can, but he will never reach the top. The moment Mario turns around and runs back down the stairs, he immediately ends up back at the bottom of the staircase, illustrating that it was only an illusion of progress when he attempted to run up the stairs. Religion:

In the Bible, in Psalm, chapter 24, verses 3-4, it says: “‘Who may ascend to the mountain of the Lord? Who may stand in his holy place? The one who has clean hands and a pure heart, who does not trust in an idol or swear by a false god.” The mountain of the Lord is the world’s hierarchy. So the Bible states that to climb the hierarchy, you must worship the God of the Bible. In other words, if you don’t worship the God of the Bible, the people on top are not going to let you climb the hierarchy. They are not going to help you. Perhaps it means they might even hinder you.
