Two (2)

Definition:

The number “2” is the second natural number and the smallest prime number. It represents a quantity of two or a pair.

Etymology:

The etymology of the number “2” traces back to Proto-Indo-European roots. The word “two” in English and its equivalents in many other languages can be traced back to the Proto-Indo-European root “*dwóh₁,” which meant “two.” This root evolved into various forms in different Indo-European languages, leading to words such as “duo” in Latin, “zwei” in German, “dos” in Spanish, “deux” in French, and “tveir” in Old Norse.

Description:

The number “2” is yet another symbol of non-existence since it is impossible for there to be two existences. However, the idea of two existences is widely spread through religion and is a belief the majority of people on Earth accept as true. The idea comes either in the form of there being an objective world we all inhabit, while simultaneously there exists a parallel spirit world. This is actually false. Only the objective world exists. The spirit world is a subjective world for those who struggle to distinguish between the existing and the imaginary. Otherwise, the idea comes in the form of there being an objective world and a subjective world, and that both worlds are existing and equally true. This is false. Only the objective world exists, while the subjective world is our imagination.

Symbolism:

The symbol for the number two is an arch composed over a horizontal line. When the arch is drawn downward, it bends to the left. After 180 degrees, the arch transitions into a diagonal line. At the end of the diagonal line, a horizontal line is drawn to the right.

In Roman numerals, the number two is represented by the symbol “II.” This symbol consists of two vertical lines placed one next the other. Each line represents the value of one. When two of these lines are combined, it indicates the quantity of two.

A line is a penis symbol. A straight vertical line is more specifically a phallic symbol. Two straight lines is a gay symbol, symbolising two erect penises.

The same symbolism can be found in the equality symbol, which is also the symbol used for the equality movement by The Human Rights Campaign (HCR), which is an American LGBTQ advocacy group.

The plus symbol (+) and X symbol also consist of to vertical lines crossing each other which is also a gay symbol, symbolizing two penises crossing each other.

Number two symbolizing homosexuality is also a part of the symbolism of the attack on the World Trade Center towers, September 11th, 2001, as Islam commands muslims to kill gay people.

Number two is a symbol of duality, which is another term for homosexuality. The symbolism is present in the religious character Baphomet which is a transgendered figure.

An illustration of Baphomet, a winged, goat-headed fictional figure with a pentagram on its forehead, created by Eliphas Levi. The figure has a torch between its horns, human arms with the words "Solve" (right arm) and "Coagula" (left arm) written on them. Its right arm is pointing up towards a white crescent moon, and its left arm is pointing down towards a black crescent moon. Baphomet has female breasts, a caduceus on its lap, and is seated on a pedestal with its legs crossed.

The symbolism of the number “2” corresponds to the Norwegian slang word “toern,” which means butthole. Which is pretty equivalent with the slang phrase “number two” in English, which means “feces” or “stool”.

If the number two were to be drawn geometrically correctly, two should actually be a line symbolizing a dot extending in two directions.
